June 13, 2014 - Pleasant quince, pear and marzipan notes on both the nose and palate. Light acidity and a mid-length finish. Drinking well now, it has likely peaked but should last another year or two.

February 14, 2014 - Lovely Chenin. Stony quince with a softness, but still sufficient acidity. There is also a little pear and yellow tannic apple peel but mostly just the great Chenin quince. Love it Love it Love it.

October 19, 2013 - Bright, full yellow. Melon and some sulfur (don't believe he uses any)? Lush, good feel, plenty of soil but minimal fruit and neutral palate.

Vraiment excellent !

May 15, 2013 - a touch sweet, seashore, pear, long finish. Some green notes that should blow off in time. Very good.

September 20, 2012 - Very good and quite different from the 2010. Chalky notes on the nose with pear skin and quince. There's also a vegetal note like white asparagus lingering both on the nose and palate. Otherwise it shows a beautiful balance, acidity and despite that green note, it is way too easy to drink. A touch of honey as well.
Very good but I still prefer the 2010 for its brightness.
