December 31, 2018 - NY Eve tasting of 6 wines: nose of candied fruit, dark cherry, menthol, spices...burnt caramel, and some floral notes as well...quite complex. Big fruit flavours with hints of olive pits and cherry pits. Discreet tannins. Rich and smooth. Medium finish. Average score from six tasters: 93...funny, a favorite for three...not for the other three compared to the other wines.
