January 20, 2017 - Open one hour then poured this beautiful wine. The nose alone is worth the ticket but that was just the beginning. It is rich, silky, concentrated with a deep red color. The wine is well balanced, and offers surprising fruit notes for an eight year old pinot. Paired beautifully with steelhead trout in a salty dashi broth.
