November 6, 2020 - CV1. Dark deep red, beginning to show age, 6. Wonderful generous bouquet, ripe red fruit, cherries, spice, oaky stuff, complex. On the palate it is surprisingly elegant and sapy, mT, h-A, again fruit, long finish. Drink now-2026 or maybe even longer. What a fine expressive Chianti in the early maturity phase.

April 26, 2019 - Dark for Chianti, excellent fruit intensity in a well-balanced wine. Still significant tannin. Just beginning to get some secondary flavors. Can drink now, but likely better to come.
