April 17, 2012 - Wow! Completely unexpected – far exceeded my expectations for a Long Island sparkling wine! 100% Chardonnay. Methode Champenoise. Disgorged February 2008. Light yellow color with medium sized bubbles. Light toasty citrus nose. Medium bodied palate with flavors apple, lemon, and toast. Medium length finish. Good QPR! By far – the nicest Long Island bubbly I’ve tasted.
