July 3, 2011 - light golden color. A beautifully fresh nose of green apples, and light citrus. There is mouthwatering freshness and acidity. Razor sharp, crisp and focused with cool herbal notes mixing with the bright acidic fruit. Clean and bright, with great minerality. Incredibly drinkable. Everything you can ask for on a 100 degree day. 91pts.
