    October 8, 2012 - Salmon-gold; apples, lemons, bananas, minerals; off-dry, apple, pear, slightly oily, light-medium body, tangy acidity, lingering finish.
    Slick like an Alsatian pinot gris. Basically a rose and the nicest from Niagara I've had yet. Good winemaking.
