January 1, 2024 - Briefly, this seemed a bit over the hill to me: lacking acidity, palate very nutty, but lacking fruit, a moderately long slightly woody finish. Not unpleasant, but certainly not worth twice the price of most bottles of fizz.

November 23, 2022 - Appealing nose with light mousse, lemon blossom, some yeast. Not particularly fragrant. The palate is very exciting, with still very good acidity, nice mousse, toast, fresh lemony notes, some ginger, and a long, lingering ending with oak to balance the acidity. This wine is singing now and it really beat my expectations - it's fresh but starting to mature for a more complex experience.
