September 26, 2013 - This wine is not intended to be the star of the meal. It is a gastronomic wine working as a team with the food.
The aromas are elegant, clean and free of excess wood. The acidity is quite high. It supported a salmon Rillete charged extra lemon and a wonderful pork with mustard.

September 23, 2013 - Aromatics of citrus, apricot, white flower. Bright style, nice fruit layers of apple, peaches, lemon peel, lime, acidity medium plus, finish leaves some light honey, maybe a little spice. Rich for the vintage, good buy.
