  December 12, 2009 - Had it at a tasting of Languedoc wines. This blend of Grenache and Syrah is drinking beautifully after 10 years. It is fully integrated and the tannins are fine, without the rusticity that is typical of Languedoc wines. An elegant, food-friendly wine, it is at its peak. I would not keep it much longer.

  October 27, 2007 - Decent Rhone blend, but nothing special. Not giving much on the nose, just a hint of leather and spice. Flavor is one-dimensional, and both taste and finish are extremely short. Should have cooked with this one.

  November 23, 2005 - Not sure of the exact grape varietal, but has the flavors of a chambourcin grape. A refined chambourcin compared to my local (PA) versions. Tannins nicely subdued with a longish finish.
