September 18, 2019 - What a sleeper of a wine! I'm going from memory so I do not remember the details of the wine, however upon opening, the wine was nondescript and boring in both the bouquet and taste. About 1 hour later [paired with a stew] it morphed into a beautiful corton. Holy cow. I'd say it's at the end of it's drinking window, but certainly not over the hill. Wishing I had more!

    May 11, 2011 - Dallas 2nd Wednesday Group - May 2011 - White Burgundies (Rex's Seafood Market, Dallas, Texas): WIML93+?

Tasted non blind at a wine dinner.

Yellow color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of orange peel, camphor, spice, a bit of mixed tropical fruit and some wet stones. Flavors of spice, peach, lychee, yellow pear and minerals. Medium acidity, medium body. Drink or hold but I'd likely drink myself. Showing well.

November 4, 2005 - Some real acidity to it but a bit flabby - way too young at this point.
