March 24, 2021 - Popped and poured. Oxidative aromas of seashore and caramel. Saline flavor with elements of pear, apricot, minerals. Butter notes in the oxidative finish. Fresh, pure, complex flavors, solid backbone, good depths, great staying power. Absolutely wonderful, with no sign of decline.

April 17, 2015 - I don't find oxidized wines particularly compelling, but this was strikingly good. An amazing balance of fruit, bone-dry minerality, and then the obvious oxidation.
