December 25, 2020 - Definitely on its way out but still smokes most every Chardonnay out there, in my opinion. The butteriness is fading fast but the minerality has been pumped up. Actually a really fun drink, even past its prime it still has a few surprises left in it.

December 31, 2018 - New Year’s Eve celebration. Beyond its prime. Average at best. Light apple / pear taste, minor finish, with no buttery notes at all. Nothing notable. Paired with crab cakes, salmon patties with various mustards, and several cheeses.

October 2, 2018 - Still a fav! What a nice nose of citrus and pear. Full bodied finish. Well worth the price!

January 21, 2018 - Fat, rich and oaky when poured at 55 degrees. But w/air and a warm-up it got more focused and enjoyable. Consumed w/various cheeses & crusty bread. Surprisingly good and should hold if well stored
