January 23, 2016 - PnP. Surprisingly similar to my note from 2 years ago. Beautiful wine. Enjoyed with Thai Green Curry.
Enjoyed in a Riedel Vinum Chardonnay glass at 50F.
August 13, 2015 - A lot better that I thought it would be at 4 years of age. Musky muscat aroma of funk, flowers and tangerine. On the palate, tangerine, green apple, lychees. Pretty good acidity and liveliness for a 4 year old cheap wine.
February 7, 2015 - Somewhere between a sauvignon blanc and a riesling. Not particularly complex, but nicely balanced and very tasty. Hard to imagine disliking this.
February 4, 2015 - Medium gold. Nose: Orange blossom, lemon cream, minerals. Taste: full body, crisp,lemon cream, very nice
December 31, 2014 - Really delicious! Pale in color, with great crispness and acidity. A little citrusy, which paired perfectly with Asian food and lemon bars. I'll have to be on the look for this one again!
October 26, 2014 - First Moscatel; watery yellow with moderate nose. Aromas all over the board; white fruit, white flowers, rind, cat pee, root veggies, queen annes lace (shout out to E-Rica) subtle pickling spice. Palette tastes green, rind, key lime, white flowers, nectar, alcohol, white fruits, and hint chalk. The palette changes from attack to finish are intense but can't negate the heat.
September 24, 2014 - Crisp, medium body but good acidity, tropical fruits and an almost excessively floral character like St. Germain. I made the mistake of drinking this by itself, would benefit from food and could stand up to some spice as noted below.
