    GRAPE VARIETIES: SILVANER
    ALCOHOL BY VOLUME: 13,5%

Youthful and ripe nose featuring sweet apple (golden delicious), lemon-freshness, quince and wet stone minerality. Dry on the palate with low to medium acidity. Soft, creamy mouthfeel. Stylistically far, far away from your crisp and light-bodied Silvaner Kabinett trocken, but instead you'll get animating minerality behind soft and ripe, yet elegantly transparent fruit-notes.
