December 27, 2020 - This was double decanted and given about 45 minutes of air before being served. It didn’t really open fully until about 90 minutes in, at which point it showed a fully mature but still beautiful Cabernet, with rich red and purple fruits accented by earth, coffee, and smoked wood. This was my first introduction to Harbison, and I would be interested to try other bottles, although the cost is fairly prohibitive.

April 28, 2018 - BYO - US wines (M&H): Lovely and smooth black currant fruit with plenty of depth. Great acidity and balance but still a very young wine.
The aftertaste is long and balanced. Great stuff and a beautiful wine.
