    March 1, 2014 - Vintage Port (Fem Bord, Trondheim): Smooth texture, high viscosity. Lightly quivering acid to balance out the richness. Apricot-like sweetness, lovely balance. Only marred slightly by a burnt note in the finish, and a slight touch of heat. Delicious.

    March 1, 2014 - A Portnight (Fem Bord, Trondheim): Nuts, quite deep fruit, elegant, intense, some spice, quite full; apart from a slightly burned note, similar in the mouth.
