October 3, 2020 - Doing fine after all these years (perfectly cellared from day1) and seems to have added a bit of citrus depth from last tasting. Nose certainly hasn't lost a step at all. PnP with a light pre-chill, clean fresh lemon with balanced acidity, nice bit of minerality mid-palate with good clean mouth feel and pleasantly evolving finish. Good pick with my new pistachio crusted monkfish recipe (air fried rocked-it! ;-P ).

June 21, 2020 - Definitely on its way out the door. But still had real nice acidity holding it up. Fruit was lacking and starting to brown out a touch. Pair with seafood and get it done now

August 10, 2019 - Still bringing the nose and fruit even after all this time. Lemon seems forward on the palate with light buttery hints even though the wine is unoaked. However, not much longer for this beauty. Drink up and enjoy!

January 22, 2019 - Austere with lemon and lanolin; acidity and some balance; light finish.
