November 28, 2014 - Fresh, minerals en masse.

May 23, 2014 - pale golden colour, smells of apricot and minerality, quite a full body, not much acidity, at first it tastes sourly, but after the bottle is open for 20 minutes the wine gets more pleasant, some apricot in the mouth, short finish, not that good, perhaps three years is simply too old?

July 17, 2013 - Lovely mineral, crisp and dry. Paired excellently with ceviche.
