July 2, 2019 - A little dusty and earthy, with some leather. Still some definite primary fruits present as well though. Sweet fruited - black berry/currant/cherry, definitely vanilla and some red licorice. A definite underlying green pepper/bean presence.
A Medium bodied shiraz, that is clinging to soft aged tannins. Drinking very well now but, in my opinion, has at least a couple years left in it before moving downhill.

June 22, 2019 - Wine was pleasant to drink but felt that it is unlikely to get any better by longer cellaring.

October 8, 2018 - Black fruits and pepper. Some coffee grounds and cured meat. It’s still young, fresh and lively. It has richness but in a medium bodied frame. Perfect balance.

February 23, 2018 - Friends brought this from Australia, we haven't been able to find it here. Dark garnet, with just a hint of brick. Fruit forward nose, some sweetness, no barnyard. Full bodied palate, lots of dark fruit, blackberries, black cherries, some pepper. Long finish. Some guessed Australian due to the screw-cap, but it did not taste distinctively Aussie. Some guess French. All liked it - it is really good stuff.
