August 17, 2014 - Nose - Barnyard
Palate - Also barnyard, but in a delicate way.

June 22, 2014 - Wow. As Doktap put it "It's like walking into a smoker". Very interesting nose of red fruits and smoky bacon. Red fruits still showing on the palate, some old leather and still tannic. Good length.

February 22, 2008 - Just wonderful. Complex bouquet of dried flowers and anise soars form the glass. Balance now is still superb with melted tannins and an excellent long finish that seems to go on and on. Hard to put down. A beauty!
