April 28, 2017 - Delicious cab when we opened it, great fruit, jammy and delicious. We couldn't finish and had to wait two days. Unfortunately in that time it had turned and fell flat. We couldn't drink it as the flavors were gone. So disappointing. Words for the wise finish the bottle when opened...so sad for us!

January 4, 2015 - A dark red, chewy cab. A little spice going down. Cherry pie. Tannins...I know I'll wake up with a headache. Great to drink though.

    September 11, 2014 - Wonderful

April 4, 2014 - High viscosity leaves thick legs slowly falling to the deep, dark red colored wine below, opaque showing high concentration and bright reflections. Sediment is visible so I recommend decanting or careful bottle pouring.

On the expressive nose moderate+ intensity aromas of cassis, stewed cherries, vanilla, cedar, new leather, blackberry pie, herbs and chocolate ganache.
On the full bodied palate, chewy, refined moderate tannins, moderate acidity and medium plus alcohol provide good grip. Big extracted cherry pie and cassis flavors with sweet pipe tobacco, leather, toasted oak, vanilla, blackberry pie, cherry cordial and chocolate ganache, with small traces of herbs. The finish reiterates the cherry and the chewy tannins with moderate plus intensity.

November 14, 2013 - Very appealing and charming. One of the small gems I discovered while visiting in Walla Walla. Seductive nose of baked cherry, baked berry cobbler, cassis, subtle toasted oak, cedar, lavender, and bay leaf. Full bodied with very fine, velvety tannin, creamy texture. Well balanced. Displays good extraction with wonderful concentration - rich red legs with every swirl. Drinking very beautifully right now. 94-95 pts.
