August 2, 2014 - One of the darker wines I have seen in a while–inky almost black. The nose gives off a bit of black cherry and some game meat (lamb). Big and rich on the palate with tons of fruit with a bit of backbone. A bit hot all the way through but only 14%. After about an hour, this developed a really intriguing coffee component. This is a fantastic choice for pizza, BBQ burgers or a rich pasta. Very Good. thedrunkencyclist.com

Eye: dark black purple color. Nose: vanilla, blackberries, dried fruit. Palate: mouth filling, good fruit, solid structure, medium finish.

October 25, 2012 - Odds & Ends - Reds: SRP: $15. A sharp nose of oak, herbs, blackberry, and tobacco. The palate is soft and juicy with soft tannins, but finishes with some heat.

September 1, 2012 - The wine looks Raspberry colored. The legs are Medium. It smells like Black Pepper, Black currant (cassis), and Cherry. It tastes like Ethanol, and Coffee. The body is Medium. The wine has Narrow texture. The wine finishes Medium.
It probably needs some more aging.
