February 11, 2018 - Aroma is a little musty but bright acidity still.
Waxy texture with some honey notes. Great with soft cheese (goat cheese even better I imagine).

November 9, 2014 - Consistent with previous note. Banana and ripe tropical fruit on the nose and palate. Great weight, full body, tremendous acid. Marginal QPR, however.
October 11, 2014 - Appealing bouquet of kumquat, citrus, chalk, and hints of banana cream pudding. Juicy and tangy palate, with great acid and Semillon like weight and body. Very good finish.
May 1, 2013 - I am deliberately not assigning a rating to this wine, I will wait to taste it again. I drank it at a business dinner that was not the best circumstance for tasting. That said, I found it less impressive than its reputation (including among my friends who praise it ceaselessly and recommend 4-7 years of bottle age). Specifically, I found it wanting in terms of fragrance, and with a rather short finish. Its flavor, however, did indeed impress, with a full, rich texture and heft, and lovely citrus, tart fruit and mineral flavors. All this with excellent but restrained acidity and a hint of residual sweetness.

September 8, 2012 - Drank it yesterday with some friends on the terrace. Don't serve it too cold so you can enjoy it's attractive, exotic nose. Especially melon, apricots and some herbal touches. Nice and round on the palate with soft acidity. Nice!
