November 16, 2014 - Quite a delightful bottle of dessert wine. Not super sweet at all. Not exactly "off-dry," either. Just right, I'd say. The acidity was impressive and contributed to a very well-balanced wine. We had it with a spiced-apple pan cake served with fresh whipped cream. Delicious.
