December 29, 2021 - PnP. Tart sour cherry, not as much cola as WS usually has, got sweeter with air. Can be aged further but enjoyable now
August 15, 2020 - This bottle had it all. It has aged beautifully. Complexity, fruit, elegance, nice acids and a lifted experience. Wonderful.
June 6, 2020 - This was all fresh strawberries, cherries and raspberries — little sign of age, beyond the sediment and the broken cork. Still young and a bit primary and I suspect this won’t gain complexity or subtlety. This is just a big, ripe fruity Sonoma Pinot.
March 6, 2020 - Still drinking nicely. Mostly red fruits up front with a nice finish
August 28, 2018 - Drinking well. Still plenty of life. Drink now or with in two years
January 21, 2018 - I am surprised by the mix of reviews on this wine. For me, it was clearly well crafted, but too soft and restrained to really 'wow' me. Perhaps I just had a tired bottle, because this is uncharacteristic for Williams Selyem. Nevertheless, I much prefer other bottlings from this producer.
December 11, 2017 - Delightful WS Pinot and superior to others I have tasted from this vintage. Nice restraint and balance and pleasant aromatics reminding me it is a Pinot. Nice delineation on the finish.
April 23, 2017 - fully developed; velvety, mineral notes. sorry when the bottle was empty
November 7, 2016 - A very bright and energetic Pinot. Good fruit l decent finish. Just a bit flabby to merit a higher score.
August 19, 2016 - 2 yrs since last bottle and this is still going strong. Bright red fruit medium body very silky mouthfeel. Acidity is still there and nicely balanced into the med+ finish. This still has many years left but no need to wait. Only regret is this is my last of the 2010.
