December 10, 2022 - Haunting, reductive nose with lemon curd, pineapple, flint, some nuttyness, spices, vanilla. Stunning

November 18, 2022 - PnP. Tertiary notes just starting to come out, Reduction adds a lovely complexity to the mineral core. In a perfect place.

    September 19, 2020 - tasted blind, I guessed 2016 Chassagne villages

lime, herbs, mint, fennel, fresh cream, full on the palate, white and green fruits, long and pithy, toast and smoke accents, young and fresh, could go for a few more years

June 21, 2020 - Bright, intense lime notes, reductive nose, mineral edge. Opens up to show touch more fruit after about 30 minutes. Quite delicious and energizing without showing much depth or finish. Good now but should hold in place for a few years still.

April 3, 2020 - Pale green. Auster on the palate with pronounced lime flavours. Long but not hugely expressive. This Burgundy Chardonnay shouldn't remind me of Grosset's Polish Hill Riesling but it does.

January 2, 2020 - Very good if perhaps not great wine from PYCM. Our only bottle. Had partly shed the match smell

May 29, 2019 - Has a green tropical note, like a green banana and guava thing. Hard to describe, this is the best I can do to identify it. Lemon oil, with lots of minerality that helps define the finish. Closes with an anise/black licorice note that is subtle but cool. When the wine warmed a bit more, some green apple came through, too. Overall, I enjoyed this.
