October 8, 2023 - aromas of ruby red grapefruit, orange, tart strawberry, yellow roses, a little leather and mushrooms... on the palate it is lively and nicely tangy, but also smooth and gracious, a delicate note of watermelon candy accompanies the red berries and citrus on the palate... lovely and completely unique, is there anything quite like this? mature for sure, but should hold on nicely for at least a few years...

March 14, 2020 - Beautiful and bewitching. Fairly spritzy upon opening. This is still driven by pure, soft, pretty fruit, unlike some other poulsards that go into a structure-driven phase after a few years.

January 2, 2020 - Very light color, somewhat of a cloudy orange. Tart wild berries, strawberries, and orange zest on the typical natty nose. Oranges, light berries, minerals, herbs, and a slight bitterness on the palate. Impressively long finish. This is a super interesting and very good wine. I somewhat understand the hype, but must say that it’s not worth even half of what this is typically going for. Outstanding Poulsard and very enjoyable nonetheless.

September 7, 2019 - Just wonderful. Lively, fresh and delicious. Pure fruit, crunchy.

February 23, 2019 - Faded coppery color. Lightest of all the Poulsards tried tonight. Despite the look, the wine is remarkably pure, long, and dancing. I would drink more in near term.
