  July 4, 2010 - A little buttery, a little lemony, a good QPR. Had a couple of bottles with friends on a very hot day with some fruit & cheese and it was quite pleasant. Simple, no real finish, but refreshing (how much was the pairing - heat & food - and now much was the wine, not sure).

  July 11, 2009 - I like this chard. Again, not too oakey, and this time a little more fruit. Had with grilled salmon and found the pairing to be very good.

  January 10, 2009 - Retried for a tasting, and I think I might have been generous before. Very typical chard at the price point, but I don't think that's a good thing. Bitter on finish. More wood flavors then fruit flavors. 81-83

  September 3, 2008 - Some nice bright fruit and a little crispness on a rich, medium body frame, with some oak, but just a hint of butter. Definitely a typical CA style, but the brightness (from RRV fruit) and the not overdone oak treatment keep it more interesting and food friendly. Nothing earth shattering here, but a nice example of well made cooler climate CA chard at an attractive price.
