Tasted non blind.
Light yellow color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of matchstick, sea foam, yellow pear and a hint of hazelnut. Flavors of lemon, Granny Smith apples and yellow pears. Bright acidity, full bodied. Drink or hold. -

August 2, 2020 - Pale gold color. Very bubbly from sip to swallow. Excellent aromas of yeast, lemon lime citrus, peach, and light butter toasted sourdough bread. Mouth coating and palette scrubbing. No hint of any sweetness. Near perfect shape at 14 years old, and fully enjoyable any time in the next decade.

February 22, 2020 - Fin gul klar färg med mycket bubblor
Superfin på näsan med välbalanserade precis lagoma dofter från perfekt mogna grön svenska äpplen, smördeg, brioche, lätt sälta och mineraler.
Smaken är minst lika fin och balanserad och för årgången överraskande fin och elegant. Inte alls brödig, brötig och ”dyster” utan förhållandevis ”hög” med grönäppliga fint mogna toner och smördegsbakelser i förarsätet. Fin syra!
