January 8, 2020 - Similar to my notes of 6 months ago. Dark fruit on the nose. The palate was dark cherry, plum, raw meat and a touch of cedar. Finish was moderate to long.

May 1, 2019 - Decanted through a Vinturi and let sit for two and a half hours before returning it to the bottle and taking it to a local restaurant. Dark fruit on the nose. The palate was dark cherry, plum, raw meat and a touch of cedar. Finish was moderate to long.
