October 28, 2023 - Lovely and mature dark blackberry fruit. The flavors are still dense and some dried fruit but overall, the flavors are expressive and lovely.
Clearly some oak is coming through but also some wet leaves. Lovely and mature.

March 11, 2023 - Flot duft med masser af tobak, fad, tjære og mørk frugt. 15% alc generede ikke, men var derimod med til at balancere vinen. En tung vin målt på alle parametre, men fremstod elegant.

November 18, 2021 - Dal Forno Valpolicella Vertical (Nemogaarden): Clean and pure cherry flavors with polished tannins. Very much open to drink and is probably at its peak now. Lovely

January 23, 2021 - Candied nose that will evolve on cocoa.

My first sip at the opening scared me: alcohol was completely dissociated from wine.
The palate is unsurprisingly extremely dense. The wine is viscous on the palate, with a silky touch all the same. On the other hand, alcohol is this time totally integrated into a warm whole. The tannins are polished and the balance excellent. The finish is on the other hand slightly alcoholic, which erases the enormous length on the blackcurrant.

Very good, but really not a fan of the style. It remains nevertheless a good experience where the proponents of the style will see it a really excellent wine in many aspects.
