  This is in a nice place - very smooth for a super tuscan (merlot and sangiovese). Was expecting stronger tannins.
  
  Silky smooth flavors of dark cherry, plum and chocolate. Good depth and complexity. Wish I had more bottles of this in my cellar.

  October 12, 2018 - Wonderful Super Tuscan. Bam-Man note right on point. Perfect time to open this bottle. Will not get better so drink now.

  April 8, 2018 - First one of these in almost exactly four years. Has loosened up noticeably and now offers a full, generous palate that is dripping with ripe, sweet plum, cherry and dark currant fruit. Shows wonderful depth and intensity on the mid-palate and silky, fine-grained tannins on the long, polished finish. Hints of chocolate and spice provide ample complexity. This is so well-crafted and flat-out delicious. A wonderful expression of Tuscan Merlot, with just a touch of Sangiovese.
