Community Tasting Notes 1

February 13, 2016 - Blackberries and plum at the nose, lots of cabbage and a hint of cedar. Medium textured on the palate, quite a lot of savory secondary notes, balanced by fruit, acids and a touch of alcohol. The grainy tannins are quite abundant; overal impression is rustic, nicely made. Will improve over the next years, no signs of evolution except for the fruit that has faded a little in comparison to previous tastings (in 2012). Quality is amazing for this price range and style (€ 5-8).
