August 24, 2023 - Drink more sweet wine. What a rewarding bottle. Great mature Sauternes. Solid acidity and structure but wow, what a palate of exotic fruit, spices and honey. Truly delicious.

May 12, 2023 - This wine has aged very well. Classic Botrytis wiith orange marmalade, honey, almond. Very sweet and moderately unctious. A true treat. Seerved after dinner with a wonderful lemon tort.

September 27, 2022 - A private dinner (Restaurant d'Oude Schuur, Sint-Martens-Latem, Belgium): Tasted blind. Oaky, honeyed, oak bitters, concentrated but with firm acidity, vestiges of tropical fruit, very good length. Solid, but little finesse.

March 16, 2022 - Stored in a cold cellar since release. Deep amber gold. Lovely botrytis bouquet. Barley sugar. A little upfront but reasonable length. Seems unlikely to improve but drink reasonably soon.
