September 24, 2022 - So very smooth. It keeps getting better and better as it opens up. Getting vanilla and tart fruit with nice long finish. This beauty stood up well from 2010.

February 26, 2022 - Sehr lecker , Schwarze Früchte, viel Depot, very Napa, hat noch einige Jahre vor sich.

December 25, 2020 - Drinking perfectly now. Rich black cherry and blackberry with vanilla, plums, chocolate, and a little bit of earthiness that smooths out as it open and the tannins loosen a little. Pairs beautifully with red meats and hard cheeses. Consider pairing with a tender cut of beef or lamb served over a creamy polenta with Parmesan cheese.

June 17, 2020 - The notes below are pretty accurate. I got a few bottles and opened one up to diminutive nose, but appealing. It comes across with forward fruit of blueberry, blackberry, and very soft resolved tannins. On the 2nd night, it drank like a flat cherry coke, not bad, but not one to cellar for much longer. My advice is to allow the wine to open for half an hour and drink up. I don't see it improving with age and it's in its prime now; drink up.

April 9, 2020 - I bought this from their library during a coronavirus sale. I’d say this 2010 is drinking perfectly right now and has a few years left in its prime. The QPR for this wine is really good. While not a world class wine, it’s very good for a $50 bottle. The wine was closed off when first opened, so I’d highly recommend a 1-3 hour decant. While the wine isn’t overly complex and the finish is medium-ish, I’d still say it’s a great weeknight wine and a good buy at $50. Drink from 2020-2024.
