December 2, 2016 - Fairly light in body, light fruit, especially cranberry/raspberry. Holding up well for 6 years old, but wouldn't hold onto much longer. Very pleasant, went well on it's own, and very nice with a dried fruit-nut-cheese plate.
November 24, 2016 - Light to medium body. Notes of cranberry made this an excellent wine for Thanksgiving with turkey stuffing and sweet potato. Drinking really well right now.
February 15, 2016 - Lots of Cherry and Raspberry on the nose with a touch of vanilla. It was lovely with roasted duck.
September 5, 2015 - Drinking very nicely. The 2010 Willamette Valley Pinot Noir wines seem to be in a groove right now.
March 24, 2015 - Bright flavor of trending to raspberry up front, followed by rounded flavors including a bit of tobacco, and tiny bit of spice, though not peppery. Very rounded mouth feel. Wine should continue to evolve, but drinking really well right now.
February 12, 2015 - Light color, nose of cherry and raspberry of average intensity. Good and ample flavor of cherry with medium acidity and soft tannins. Proportionally balanced with a silky finish. Fair wine.
August 15, 2014 - A fresh, bright, aromatic style Pinot. Asian spice, tobacco, red fruits. High acidity, light tannin. Struck me as old world in profile, in a clean, delineated style. Nice QPR, super varietal character at this price point.
July 15, 2014 - Very good. Held up well to saintsbury brown ranch though the beefier wine was better.
April 24, 2014 - Nose of tobacco, soil, lacking normal pinot fruit but still a nice experience. Very smooth and elegant body. Deep earthy flavors, tight and hard to distinguish between them. Overall just a very elegant nice drinking wine.
