June 20, 2021 - Intense bouquet of freshly pressed lemons, kumquats, white pepper, chalky, stony notes and elder; the attack on the palate is powerful and fruity, really generous, intense flavors here, balanced by bright acidity; creamy mouthfeel, good transparency, long, mineral, slightly spicy finish. Still drinking incredibly young with its 10 years. I think this could still gain even more complexity with some more years in the cellar. 17/20

May 18, 2020 - P&P. Very nice Chablis, true to its terroir. Screams chalk, white fruit, lemon, some oak, discreet honey notes, very expressive. the palate has a very good zip, the wine is refreshing. very enjoyable by itself or with food. in a very good place right now.

With some air it comes together. Nose is dominated by struck match/silage. Nice length on the palate with pithy grapefruit and lemon. Grippy finish. Foody wine, though this was drunk on its own
