January 30, 2021 - Robe jaune avec des reflets verts;
Nez vif, principalement sur des notes de citron qu'on semble avoir frotté sur de la craie. Légère note florale & d'épices vertes séchées.
Bouche vive, tout en fraîcheur, bonne concentration, corps cylindrique. Principalement sur les notes de citrons & de craies, la bouche est craquante. Finale légèrement saline & salivante. Ensemble bien intégré & harmonieux. Très digeste. Excellent!
May 10, 2020 - Happy Mother’s Day (US Version)!!
Light gold color. Stick with me on the nose as my senses must be up. It contains subtle hints of salsa and cigarette butts with some lime and cream. Wine is well balanced with lovely texture. Classic Chablis. Medium finish. Not thrilled at the price, but can’t seem to put the glass down. I think there are similar wines for half the price, but this is growing on me. Prime drinking age.
February 15, 2020 - My last bottle of this vintage, and that is a good thing. It is beginning to take on a bit of a buttery nose. The butteriness is covered up in the taste by the great acidity and fruit. I would drink up.
February 11, 2020 - Pale green. Nervy and fresh but slight hint of wet wool despite the Diam cork. Slight fault or Fevre style?
January 14, 2020 - Same comments. This particular bottle was not as good as most!
December 1, 2019 - Classic Fevre. Great QPR. Wonderful Chablis Citrus.
September 8, 2019 - nothing really special about it. I'd say it needs more time
