August 18, 2022 - Light-mid straw gold; citrus, green fruit, stone nose, some peach; mid-plus acids; medium depth; not great balance; mid-long green fruit, citrus finish. 16 UC Davis scale, 90 other scales.

April 23, 2022 - Medium yellow color. A little sweet and medium flavored. I’d drink again but didn’t just love it.

January 9, 2022 - Really good. Classic chablis with a slower aging curve. Doesn’t have the power and grip of fiber vintages but is very enjoyable

April 27, 2019 - So classically Chablis. So fresh, plenty of acid but refined and evolved at the edges. Mineral, lemongrass and white flowers. Not quite the flavour spectrum and dimension of truly great Chablis.

    -translucent pale yellow green grey

-med acidity gives a gentle zing, med- weight with slightly better depth, citrus mineral dominant Chablis typicity with a flash of brown spices that emerge after 2 hrs, good but not great length
-probably on its prime drinking plateau, quite good but as in most vintages this doesn't reach the heights of their Clos, Cote de Bouguerots or even the Vaulorent

May 15, 2018 - Pnp. Light golden yellow. Definitively needs some air to open up as this is initially smooth and slightly oily without much aromatics (wife commented: water). After about 30 min, the wine becomes increasingly dominated by acidity and lemon notes, which carry into the finish. This completely overshadows the intial buttery and rich impression. A good but not great Chablis in my eyes, Chablis for me is not about screaming acidity but about this dryness and tension on the midpalate, and also about minerality (of which there is some here but then again not plenty).
If I had another bottle, would wait for another 2-3 years and hope for better balance somewhere down the road.
