  January 1, 2019 - Deep golden color. Cashews, hazel nuts and green apple on the nose once the wine warmed up a little. Palate has good acidity and moderate intensity. The finish is decent and balanced. May be little past its prime.

  November 8, 2018 - My final 2 bottles showed severe signs of premature oxidation. If you have bottles in your cellar, I recommend you try one soon.

  May 13, 2018 - Flash note. A flash note is one that I distinctly remember the quality/overall rating of a wine but can’t give specifics because the tasting note was not written at time of tasting.
  
  This wine was almost as good as the pernot batard tonight. JM Morey always makes solid wines

  March 31, 2017 - PnP, no formal notes from last night. Deep golden color surprised me. Modest nose. On the palate, decent acidity, more oxidized than I expected. Tough to call it premox seven years in, but showed a little older than I expected. Not as good as the last bottle a short three months ago, perhaps some bottle variation. Didn't seem to improve as it was open for an hour and warmed up a bit. Glad I drank this one up!
