  February 20, 2020 - 2007 Saddler’s Creek Reserve Semillon. Yet again the Hunter Valley showing it creates the best Semillon in the World.
  A huge, incredibly complex aroma, so rich and dense, yet bright and mineral. Showing lime, double cream, cottage cheese, pineapple, toffee, butter, flint.
  Huge flavours of citrus, toffee, pineapple juice, crushed rock. Just keeps you coming back for more, with a loonnnnng pineapple length with some citrus on the finish.
  Delicious warm night drink.

  May 13, 2019 - Yellow golden colour, aroma of melon, light citrus and butter. Light lemon flavour, honey, buttered toast, melon. Medium to light acidity. Has starting maturing but still a healthy dose of fresh fruit.
