May 24, 2023 - Decanted and needed an hour to get ready. Tonnes of balsamic, very dry at the beginning but improved over time. Pure, as I would've expected from the label, and joyful, such profound and clean wines they make!

April 21, 2021 - Ripe cherries, dark fruit, first signs of maturity (leather, some earthy notes) while still being super fresh. There’s little to add except: if you find bottles with some age, buy everything you can!
September 18, 2019 - Garnet purple. Initially dark earthy fruit. With decanting and Gabriel glass light spice and fruit are evident. Palate is black berry and cassis with leather and graphite. Time to drink.
August 12, 2018 - Drunk during two days. After opening the bottle the wine seemed to be already "tired", the nose was fruity but slightly and secondary notes were on top like spices, balck pepper and earth. The palate did not surprise, balanced but only correctly.
The next day the wine opened fully giving me really huge pleasure of the fruit and the acidity which lasted quite long.
I would not keep the vinatge for years, to be drunk now or in the near future.
April 27, 2017 - Lots of red cherries in the nose and some tar and dry herbs. Color very transaprent and quite light. Ver well balanced, tannins and fruits well integrated plus medium+ acidity also present in the finish. Gastro wine:)
November 21, 2016 - deep berry and dried herb aromas, the acid is very powerful and pronounced, stewed fruit, tobacco, cherry and leather nuances on the palate, this might be slightly too angular to consume without food, however, with a nice hearty tomato based sauce it really shines

September 25, 2016 - Clean nose of tart red cherry, black cherry, raspberry, black plum and subtle oak spice. The palate is dry, with predominantly ripe red fruit and some savory, dried herbs on the finish. The acidity is medium (+), the tannins are medium to medium (+), as is the alcohol (13.5%). This wine is very well balanced and its components are integrated harmoniously. This is a very approachable, food-friendly, medium (+) bodied yet lithe wine. It is drinking beautifully now, but it certainly could hold up well for another couple of years. WS90.
July 5, 2016 - Paired great with spaghetti. Strong but easily drinkable. Lively, with lack cherry and licorice. The finish was slightly salty.
