Community Tasting Notes 3

June 6, 2018 - A bit grapey - but good fruit and acid; would not hurt to have some more cellar time. But consistent with its pedigree.

May 27, 2015 - A Casual Wednesday in Toronto with the Toronto Cru (FWR, Toronto, ON): This pours a light, elegant, slightly cloudy but fully translucent ruby. The nose is of raspberry, strawberry, smoke, spice, coriander seed, green peppercorn, corned beef, rose petal and a heavy dose of stony mineral. The palate has elevated acid and moderate silky tannin. Young today, but this really shows promise. Very nicely styled, clean and precise.

February 25, 2015 - Prominent red fruit. Soft, floral and not much tannin. Simple.
