April 8, 2023 - Medium bodied, traditional demi-sec styling, good quality natural cork 1/3rd saturated after 14 years.
This is a gorgeous non-wooly Chenin Blanc. The sugar adds more to body weight and fullness than to sweetness at this stage of bottle age. It completely blankets your palate and fades slowly. Moderate acidity lifts it with fresh lemongrass and zested citrus, while the aged sugars bring darker tones of browned sliced green apple and graham cracker.
No problems drinking now, and the intensity should hold strong for a decade or more. -

December 30, 2022 - Demi-sec this vintage. No formal notes, just harmonious, balanced, lengthy. Some maturity but no rush to drink it this decade.

March 6, 2022 - Love this wine. Crisp, fruit forward. Not terribly dry. Hints of honey and apricot notes. Going to hang n to my other 2. Drank this over 3 days and it continued to get better

December 25, 2019 - Deep golden color. Slightly oxidized. Shows a little sweetness, not sure to my palate if the acidity balances it out. Apricot fruit. Quite intense. I didn't have a good pairing for this and I could see some people being a fan of this wine but not really doing it for me.
