  July 4, 2023 - July 4, 2023. Lot 1. From Bin south 22. Dinner Phil and Liz. Light oak currant nose. Deep dark purple. Soft even presentation dry with oak, fruit gone. Past prime, lovely aged wine. 6.5/10.

  October 6, 2021 - PnP with a grilled strip, fries and salad with blue cheese. Big wine and it stood up to the richness of the meal.
  Currant, cherry, spice and cinnamon around a big spine. After about an hour in the glass, it became a little more restrained, in a good way.
  If pairing with some fatty food, it is ready to go. Otherwise might want to give it a quick decant or at least pour prior to sitting down to eat.

  February 14, 2021 - Drank from Bin south 22 with Condon’s and Livia. Light oak nose. Dark purple. Dry chalk presentation then acid oak finish. No fruit now, past prime. 2/10.

  January 1, 2020 - 6 hours out of cellar, seems quite controlled and balanced.
  
  At this point lacking the charm to lift it those extra points, still clearly very good, just not where I wanted it to be
