December 18, 2023 - Champagne and Sushi (Masu, Mpls, MN): Pale gold color. Small glass over 45 minutes. This was more like bottles I had a 5 years ago. Not sure the age on this, probably not quite that old. Bruised apple, apricot nose; apple peel, lean and light on the palate. 89-90pts.

November 26, 2023 - Light, with apple notes. Solidly made, but not memorable. There are others I like better at this price point.

October 25, 2023 - (From magnum. Disgorged in 2023, base year 2020 with 49% reserves from 2019 and 2018, 100% Chardonnay, mostly from Cramant and some from Aÿ, dosage 5 gr/l)
Youthful nose showing baked bread, citrus, chalk and minerals with a hint of butterscotch in a very pleasant way. Lighter palate focused on green apples, with a lemon citrus acidity and showing a nuttiness on the pleasant finish.
(Probably best with 3-9 years extra cellaring) -

October 17, 2023 - Vitis Polaris mixed bag of wines OCT 23; 10/17/2023-10/18/2023 (Bodøgaard Galleri): Muted nose, apple core, yellow apple, and light citrus. With added air some yeast and bread. Light bodied. Unripe apples and a malty finish.

October 2, 2023 - (100% Chardonnay, dosage 6 gr/l)
Very pleasant nose showing hazelnuts, minerals, chalk and gun powder with an equally soft and smooth chalk and lemon citrus palate with a very fruitful mid in a nice and creamy way.
(Best with 1-6 years extra cellaring)
