November 7, 2021 - From the reviews I expected to throw this out. But even at this advanced age there was a good nose. Pretty weak on the mid-pallet but nice acidity. The alcohol is the killer here. Too much for the weight of the fruit. Good for everyday spaghetti. I'll keep.

July 11, 2015 - Sangiovese made in an international style. A bit ripe and hot. Some licorice accents.

January 19, 2014 - Mostly mute nose. An Old World wine made in a New World, palate bruising style. Alcohol is very noticeable. Not much in the way of complexity or nuance.

March 19, 2013 - Had at Waterfront Kitchen. It paired well with the meal, but I felt was not terrifically inspiring on its own. Modest taste, smooth, not much in the way of acidic or tannic overtones. I didn't sense a lot of fruit, but it had a nice texture that paired well with food.
