March 25, 2023 - Pronounced nose intensity with lemon, mineral, white flora, vanilla, white fruits. High acidity and long finish. The palate was showing better than on its nose. Deep structure and complexity on the palate. Always an enjoyment to drink Henri Boillot whites.

March 25, 2023 - The one with Bastards (ST Home): Bouquet opened with a ton of reduction, flint and gunpowder which persisted for quite a little while. Yellow peaches, plums, candied grapefruit and limestone complete the palate. This was opulent, showy and layered and based off my experience with this bottle, this has to be at apogee today for it showed such energy, verve and completeness. What the smokes, this was bamboozling. Totally unlike any experience I've had with Boillot and it still puzzles me how much flint there was!

February 28, 2022 - Elegant, but a bit simple/monolithic. Perhaps at a closed stage. Tasted through multiple bottles at an event.

December 27, 2020 - a small taste - rich while remaining pure, I gets hints lemon of lemon peel and butterscotch/caramel on the finish.
