March 26, 2023 - Intense fruit, balanced with savoury notes.

February 12, 2023 - I think this wine is over rated. I'm always disappointed by it. Not sure exactly why. Not as elegant as other wines from the Barossa. It's a bit bland for mine.

    August 21, 2021 - Popped and poured.
Blackberry, vanilla, cream, toast over clay, leather, plums. Tannins are grainy but do not diminish the fruit at al. This is rather lovely and in a great spot. Consumed over two days and it remained fairly constant over this period. It played very nicely with a monster burger on day one and a big rib eye on day two.

October 27, 2019 - Good wine with the kind of structure and balance you expect from Grant Burge. Dark fruits, tobacco, mocha. Fine tannins all the way through to the long finish.

September 18, 2019 - From magnum. Color is dark inky purple with tinge of red rim. Lots of sediments. Plummy, dark red currant strawberries fruits on the nose. Palate is big, rich, opulent, hedonist, full bodied with vanilla new oak and dark red berries and currants. This is something I can no longer take more then a sip.
